This document contains the terms and conditions for all programs, certifications, memberships, and offers by Mundus Wisdom and Kacy Danae. Please read the section applicable to your enrollment carefully before purchasing.

ASTROLOGY OF LEGACY™

Effective Date: November 7, 2025

By enrolling in Astrology of Legacy2122 (the Program), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This is a high-level certification program with immediate digital access, proprietary AI licensing, and intellectual property protections.

PROGRAM COMMITMENT & PAYMENT

Full Payment Obligation

Enrollment in Astrology of Legacy™ is a 12-month certification program with a financial commitment that is due in full, regardless of your level of participation. Whether you choose to pay in full or via payment plan, you are entering into a binding service agreement for the entire program duration.

Payment Plans Are Not Subscriptions

If you select a payment plan, you are committing to all payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled mid-term. Non-payment does not constitute withdrawal from the program. If you stop paying without resolving it with our team, your access may be paused, but your balance will remain due and may be subject to collections.

Current Pricing

Full Payment: $2,997 (or current pricing at time of enrollment)

Payment Plan: 12 monthly payments of $250 (total: $3,000)

All payments are non-negotiable once the payment plan is selected

Missed payments may result in suspended access until the account is current

Full balance remains due even if access is suspended

NO REFUNDS — INSTANT DIGITAL ACCESS

This is a no-refund program. Due to the instant digital access provided upon enrollment in Astrology of Legacy™, there are no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Lack of participation or engagement

Personal circumstances (financial hardship, health issues, schedule conflicts)

Dissatisfaction with content or delivery

Inability to attend live calls

Technical difficulties on your end

Chargebacks Are Violations: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access is considered theft of intellectual property and a breach of this agreement. We will pursue all legal remedies available, including collections, legal fees, and reporting to credit agencies.

LEGACY AI™ LICENSE TERMS

16-Month License Period

Your enrollment includes a 16-month license to access Legacy AI™, Kacy Danae's proprietary AI system trained on Solution-Based Astrology™ frameworks. Your license begins the day you enroll (even during pre-sale) and expires 16 months from that date.

Permitted Use

You may use Legacy AI™ for:

Your own personal chart exploration and learning

Practice readings as part of your certification process

Client work ONLY after completing the trainings on how to properly do this work

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Share your Legacy AI™ access link, login, or prompts with anyone outside the program

Use Legacy AI™ with paying clients before completing the certification

Extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the AI's training, prompts, or outputs to create your own AI system

Copy, download, or distribute AI-generated content for commercial purposes outside your certified scope

Sell, lease, or sublicense access to Legacy AI™ to anyone else

Use Legacy AI™ outputs to train or develop competing AI systems

Share screenshots, recordings, or transcripts of AI conversations in public forums or with non-members

Revocation & Expiration

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your Legacy AI™ access and removal from the program without refund. After 16 months, access automatically expires. Extended licenses may be purchased separately if available.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT BOUNDARIES

All program materials — including frameworks, methodologies, video trainings, workbooks, templates, AI prompts, live call recordings, and community content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Kacy Danae and Mundus Wisdom, protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You May NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any program materials without written permission

Teach from, replicate, or create derivative works based on these frameworks

Record, screenshot, or share private training content with anyone outside the program

Create your own certification or training based on these materials

Use any course materials, frameworks, methodologies, astrological interpretations, written content, audio, video, transcripts, or any other intellectual property from this program to train, fine-tune, prompt-engineer, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence system, language model, chatbot, or automated tool — whether for personal, commercial, or research purposes

This prohibition on AI training applies regardless of whether the use is direct (uploading materials to an AI platform) or indirect (paraphrasing, summarizing, or reformatting content before submission). The Solution-Based Astrology™ body of work, frameworks, and all associated materials may not be used as training data under any circumstances without a separate, explicit written licensing agreement with Mundus Wisdom.

COMMUNITY PRIVACY & ETHICS

Astrology of Legacy™ is a high-trust, confidential space. You agree to keep all personal information, birth data, and stories shared by other members strictly confidential, and to participate with integrity, curiosity, and respect. Zero-tolerance violations — including sharing member data or harassment — may result in immediate removal without refund.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To receive your certificate, you must complete all required modules (Months 1–6), submit 3–5 practice readings, attend or watch replays of at least 75% of live calls, and pass the final integration assessment. Certification confirms training completion and does not guarantee income, clients, or business results.

LIVE CALLS, REPLAYS & SUPPORT

All live calls are recorded and uploaded to the course portal within 48 hours. We do not offer private make-up sessions. Support is provided via the private community, live calls, and email at [email protected] for technical/account issues only (24–48 hour response, business days).

REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM

You may be removed without refund for violating the AI license terms, breaching intellectual property or confidentiality agreements, engaging in harmful or disruptive behavior, or failing to make payments without resolution. Your payment obligation remains in full upon removal.

PAUSE / FREEZE REQUESTS

In cases of genuine financial hardship, medical emergencies, or extenuating circumstances, you may request a pause by contacting [email protected]. Pause requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Any granted pause defers your timeline but does not release your financial obligation.

BIRTH DATA & PRIVACY

By enrolling, you consent to sharing your birth data and location for program purposes. This information will only be accessed by the core facilitation team, will never be shared or sold, and will be stored securely. You may request access, updates, or deletion by emailing [email protected].

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration, with each party covering their own legal costs. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

ASTROLOGY OF LIBERATION™

Effective Date: March 2026

By enrolling in Astrology of Liberation2122 (the Program), you agree to the following terms. This program combines astrology with hypnosis and includes access to proprietary AI tools licensed for practitioner use.

PROGRAM COMMITMENT & PAYMENT

Enrollment in Astrology of Liberation™ constitutes a binding financial commitment for the full program. Payment plans, where available, are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled mid-term. Non-payment does not constitute withdrawal and outstanding balances remain due.

NO REFUNDS — INSTANT DIGITAL ACCESS

This is a no-refund program. Due to the instant digital access provided upon enrollment in Astrology of Liberation™, there are no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:

AI TOOL LICENSE TERMS

Practitioner Use Permitted

Your enrollment may include access to proprietary AI tools. As a trained practitioner in this program, you are licensed to use the included AI tools with your own clients as part of your professional practice, subject to the restrictions below.

Permitted Use

Personal learning and chart exploration

Use with your own paying clients as a practitioner tool

Integration into your own client sessions and readings

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Share the AI access link or login credentials with your clients — the AI is a practitioner tool for your use, not a client-facing tool to be handed over

Provide clients with direct access to the AI systems

Share, distribute, or sublicense access to anyone outside the program

Reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate AI training, prompts, or outputs to build a competing system

Use AI outputs to train or develop other AI systems

Share screenshots or transcripts of AI conversations publicly

Why Clients Cannot Access the AI Directly

The AI tools included in Astrology of Liberation™ are proprietary practitioner resources — part of your professional toolkit. They are not licensed as a client product. Your value-add is in how you integrate these tools into your session delivery. Sharing access links with clients undermines the integrity of this program and violates your license.

License Revocation

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of AI access and removal from the program without refund.

Teach from, replicate, or create derivative works based on these frameworks

HYPNOSIS & SCOPE OF PRACTICE

Astrology of Liberation™ includes hypnosis education and techniques. This program is educational in nature and does not constitute licensure as a clinical hypnotherapist. You are responsible for operating within the legal and ethical scope of practice in your jurisdiction. This program is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

GREAT WORK SOCIETY™

Year-Long Membership

By enrolling in Great Work Society™ (the Membership), you agree to the following terms. This is a year-long membership with access to proprietary AI tools, educational content, and a private community.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT & PAYMENT

Great Work Society™ is a 12-month membership commitment. Whether you select annual or monthly billing, you are committing to the full year. Monthly billing is not a subscription that can be canceled at any time — it is a payment plan for your annual membership.

Missed payments may result in suspended access until the account is current

Full balance for the membership year remains due even if access is suspended

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation or withdrawal

Permitted Use

Your own personal learning, chart exploration, and astrological practice

Use by close family members or close personal friends in your household or immediate personal circle

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Share your AI access link, login, or credentials with clients — under any circumstances

Use the AI tools to generate charts, readings, or reports for paying clients

Use the AI tools as part of your client-facing practice or professional services

Share access with colleagues, acquaintances, or anyone outside your immediate personal circle

Sublicense, sell, or distribute access to the AI tools in any form

Reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate AI training data or prompts

Use AI outputs to train or develop competing AI systems

The Distinction

Great Work Society™ AI access is for your personal enrichment and learning — not for professional client use. Members who wish to use AI tools in a professional or client-serving capacity should enroll in a certification program (Astrology of Legacy™ or Astrology of Liberation™) that includes appropriate practitioner licensing.

License Revocation

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of AI access and removal from the membership without refund.

Great Work Society™ is a private, confidential community. You agree to honor the privacy of all members, refrain from sharing community content or member information publicly, and engage with respect and integrity. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

MEMBERSHIP CONTENT & ACCESS

Content, resources, and community access are provided for the duration of your 12-month membership. Upon membership expiration, access to AI tools and member content will close. Renewal options will be made available prior to expiration.

Comprehensive Certification Program

By enrolling in Astrology of Greatness2122 (the Program), you agree to the following terms. This is a comprehensive astrology certification program delivering advanced training across multiple modules.

Enrollment in Astrology of Greatness™ is a binding financial commitment for the full program. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled mid-term. Non-payment does not constitute withdrawal; outstanding balances remain due and access may be suspended until the account is current.

You May NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any program materials without written permission

Teach, train, or certify others in these frameworks without a separate licensing agreement

Create derivative courses or programs based on these materials

Record or share private training content with anyone outside the program

Upon Certification, You MAY:

Use the frameworks in your own 1:1 or group client work

Refer to yourself as "Certified in Astrology of Greatness™ by Kacy Danae"

Promote your certification on your website and marketing materials

If you wish to teach, train others in, or build leveraged offers using these frameworks, you must obtain a separate licensing agreement. Contact [email protected].

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Certification requirements will be outlined in your program onboarding materials. Completion of all required modules, submitted practice readings, and any assessments are required to receive your certificate. Certification confirms completion of training and does not guarantee income, client results, or business outcomes.

All member information, birth data, and personal stories shared in community spaces are strictly confidential. You agree to honor member privacy, participate with integrity, and refrain from sharing private community content outside the program. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

SUPPORT & LIVE CALLS

All live training sessions are recorded and available via replay within 48 hours. Support is available through the private community and email ([email protected]) for technical or account issues. We do not offer private make-up sessions or 1:1 coaching as a substitute for missed calls.

BRANDED BIRTH CHART™

Done-for-You Chart Service

By purchasing Branded Birth Chart2122 (the Service), you agree to the following terms. This is a done-for-you chart generation and delivery service.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Branded Birth Chart™ is a personalized, done-for-you astrology service. Upon purchase, you will receive a custom branded birth chart report generated using your birth data and delivered via the method outlined at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines will be specified at the time of purchase. Turnaround times may vary and are not guaranteed for rush delivery unless explicitly stated.

NO REFUNDS

Due to the custom, personalized, and digital nature of this service, all sales are final. There are no refunds once work has begun or delivery has occurred. This includes circumstances such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with the astrological interpretation style, or errors in birth data provided by the client.

Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate birth data. We cannot offer refunds or re-dos for reports generated based on incorrect information you have provided.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Branded Birth Chart™ report is created for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use the report to create derivative products without written permission from Mundus Wisdom. The frameworks, interpretive methods, and language used in your report are proprietary to Kacy Danae and Solution-Based Astrology™.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

By registering for or purchasing any masterclass, workshop, flash sale event, or entry-level offer from Mundus Wisdom (the Event or Offer), you agree to the following terms.

WHAT THIS SECTION COVERS

This section applies to all lower-ticket and entry-level offers, including but not limited to:

Live or recorded masterclasses

Workshops and trainings (paid or free)

Flash sale certification events

Introductory programs and mini-courses

Webinars, challenges, and free workshop series (e.g., Weaving Wisdom)

Any offer under $500 not covered by a specific program section above

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of registration or purchase. Where payment plans are offered, all installments remain due regardless of participation. Non-attendance does not cancel your financial obligation.

NO REFUNDS

AI TOOLS (IF INCLUDED)

Some events and offers may include temporary or limited access to Mundus Wisdom AI tools. If AI access is included, it is strictly for personal use during the event window only. You may not share access with others, use it for client-facing purposes, or attempt to replicate or reverse-engineer the tool.

LIVE EVENT CONDUCT

All participants are expected to engage with respect, professionalism, and integrity. Disruptive, harmful, or unethical behavior — including harassment, trolling, or sharing private participant information — may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

We are not responsible for your technical difficulties, internet outages, or device issues that prevent you from attending or accessing a live event. Replays (where available) serve as your backup access. We do not offer refunds or private make-up sessions due to technical issues on your end.

FREE OFFERS

Free registrations and opt-in offers do not confer any purchase rights, access rights, or ongoing obligations on either party beyond delivery of the stated free content. Free access may be revoked at any time at Mundus Wisdom's discretion.

UNIVERSAL TERMS — ALL OFFERS

The following terms apply to all Mundus Wisdom programs, certifications, memberships, services, and offers.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

All offerings by Mundus Wisdom and Kacy Danae are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Astrology, hypnosis education, and business frameworks are tools for insight and empowerment — not guarantees of outcomes. You are fully responsible for your own decisions and results.

NO INCOME GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee that any program, certification, or offer will result in income, clients, business growth, or any specific outcome. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, skill, consistency, and application.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Mundus Wisdom reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the member portal and/or email. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

PROHIBITION ON AI TRAINING — ALL MATERIALS

This prohibition applies universally to all Mundus Wisdom programs, offers, and materials without exception.

You may NOT use any of the following to train, fine-tune, prompt-engineer, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence system, language model, chatbot, or automated tool:

Course materials, modules, or curriculum content

Frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary systems (including Solution-Based Astrology™, Brand Planet, Ideal Client Astrology, Legacy Archetypes, DARK curriculum, and all associated frameworks)

Written content, workbooks, templates, and interpretation guides

Audio recordings, video trainings, and transcripts

Live call recordings and replays

AI-generated outputs from any Mundus Wisdom AI tool

Community discussions, member submissions, or case studies

Any other intellectual property created by or for Mundus Wisdom

This prohibition applies whether the use is direct (uploading materials to an AI platform) or indirect (paraphrasing, reformatting, or summarizing content prior to submission). It applies to personal, commercial, and research use alike.

Violation of this clause constitutes theft of intellectual property and a material breach of this agreement. We will pursue all available legal remedies.

If you wish to license Solution-Based Astrology™ materials for AI development or training purposes, you must obtain a separate, explicit written licensing agreement from Mundus Wisdom prior to any such use. Contact [email protected].

CHARGEBACKS POLICY

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to any digital product, program, or service is considered a violation of this agreement and theft of intellectual property. We will pursue all available legal remedies, including collections, legal fees, and credit reporting.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, along with any program-specific onboarding materials and intake forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mundus Wisdom. No verbal promises, informal arrangements, or side agreements override these written terms.
